Pugging

Anyone else finding it difficult to get a successful pug in 10 or 25 man raids. I'm finding lots being built by a person that is fixated on the gear drops. Never are they considering the skill of people and only going by published gear scores. I'm thinking that many others are finding this out lately. Just looking for others view on this situation in raiding lately.
